This paper considers an International Joint Venture (IJV) between a Chinese company that seeks to expand into Australia and an Australian company. China has become a major player in the economic world and has developed into an economic hub in the Asian world. There are major cultural differences between China and Australia, which affect the manner in which organizations from the two countries operate.
