A Customer Relationship Management system is an IT platform that is used in companies for keeping all the customer data and dealings, spawned across numerous channels. The information includes emails, phone numbers, and any other relevant information about the customer. The CRM system records all these customer contact data and can also repeatedly pull in other data, such as contemporary news about the business's doing. The system then organizes the data to give a comprehensive record of persons and the business so that they can better comprehend their relationship with them over time (Noel and Janisson.). The CRM system helps in improving the customer relationship management of the business by making a 360° interpretation of the customer, picking up their connections with the corporate then developing the information to come up with better interaction and conversations with their customers.

The CRM systems are important because it enables a corporate to expand its relationships with clients, partners, and contractors. Building good connections and keeping a trail of projections and customers is fundamental for consumer acquisition and retaining (Noel and Janisson.). This is the basic idea of the CRM system, to see everything about the customer in one place.
