Organizational Behavior Argumentative Essay

            Organizational behavior is the way employees in an organization relate to each other to make their tasks easier. The organizational behavior of employees plays a major role in the determining the performance and the motivation of the employees in an organization. Job satisfaction, commitment, and employee motivation highly improve the organizational behavior of employees in an organization (Buchanan, David, and Andrzej A. Huczynski, 794).

    Job performance is trying to study whether the employees of an organization perform their functions effectively by comparing the desired goals and the results. Job performance is a major determinant of the success of the organization, and thus it should be carried out regularly. Job commitment is the feeling of being responsible for whatever is assigned to an employee of an organization. Commitment leads to an increased employee performance which in turn leads to organizational success. As a manager, I would really like to be involved in the evaluation of the employee commitment and performance. This is because it will help me know where the organization needs improvement and the employees who are more committed to their work.
