            The term organizational behavior is derived from two words: organization and behavior. An organization refers to a coordinated social unit consisting of two or more people that operate systematically and continuously to realize specific and common objectives. Behavior, on the other hand, entails the physical or verbal response displayed by an individual as a product of environmental effects. Consequentially, organizational behavior can be said to be the observation or study of the behavior of the social unit or group of people with the aim of applying the information obtained to enhance the effectiveness of the organization. The study addresses various aspects, such as the people working to attain the target of the firm, the structure of the organization, the technologies that enhance the work of the people, and the environment that influences the organization.
