            According to Mindtools (2018), the main stages of group development as identified by Bruce Tuckman are forming, storming, norming, performing,  and adjourning. During the forming stage,  most members of the team are polite and positive while others are anxious as they have not fully understood what is required of them. Further, during the storming stage, some members of the team begin against the norms of the group. At the performing stage, members of the team work hard towards the realization of the team's goals while at the adjourning stage, members of the team have developed strong working relationships with each other.
