It is evident that there are many theories which cover the area of law as far as the society goes. As mentioned earlier, it is evident that the law is influenced by culture and structure. For each of the concepts, there exist numerous theories that show how it affects the law. It is important to understand that different aspects of the law came from the aspect of culture (Luhmann 1972). Societies are different and that is why the law is never that same in all places.
